Cookie policy
This page explains the cookies and similar storage High5Reply uses on www.high5reply.com, and how you can control them.
Necessary cookies and storage
These are always active because the service cannot work without them. They are not used for advertising or tracking across other websites.
- Authentication session — keeps you signed in to your dashboard. Stored by our authentication provider in your browser.
- Billing / checkout — Stripe sets cookies on its own hosted checkout pages to process payments and prevent fraud.
- Cookie choice — a small local value (
h5r_cookie_consent_v1) remembering whether you accepted analytics. - Campaign attribution — a local value (
h5r_attribution_v1) recording which campaign or referring site brought you here. It holds only UTM tags and a referring domain — never your name, email or any text you type.
Analytics cookies (optional)
With your consent we use Google Analytics 4 to see which pages are useful and where visitors get stuck. Google Analytics is not loaded at all until you choose “Accept analytics”, and we use Google Consent Mode so analytics storage stays denied by default. IP anonymisation is enabled.
We send only non-personal information: the page path, the plan name shown on a pricing card, which button location was used, a business category, and the acquisition channel. We never send your name, email address, phone number, the contents of contact-form fields, your business onboarding answers, or any chatbot conversation text to analytics.
Chatbot widget
The High5Reply chat widget stores a conversation identifier in your browser so a chat can continue across page loads. Conversation content is processed to answer your question and is visible to the business you are chatting with. It is never sent to Google Analytics.
Third-party platform scripts
The site is served on Lovable hosting, which may inject a first-party hosting script (for example /~flock.js) for platform-level delivery and error reporting. It is part of the hosting platform rather than our marketing stack and is not controlled by our consent banner. If you would prefer this removed, it can be disabled at the hosting level.
Changing your choice
You can change or withdraw your consent at any time using the button below, or the “Cookie settings” link in the footer of every page. Rejecting non-essential cookies stops analytics from loading; you can also clear cookies in your browser settings.
